"I work with individuals to help them see the bigger picture through exploring the internal archetypal patterns they are playing out, specifically after a plant medicine journey that has served as a mirror to these elements. I help my clients come to their own understanding and meaning making of their plant medicine experience and integrate it in a way that makes the insights real in their lives. I help individual’s move forward from their past by identifying and reclaiming their repressed and suppressed shadow elements so that can live from a more complete, whole self.”
Lindsey practices within legal and ethical guidelines of the coaching discipline, which is differs from psychotherapy in that it focuses on generative change rather than reparative and/or diagnostically guided change.
